I ordered 3 sets of u-tip extensions from this website. I got them and was unsatisfied with the quality. so the morning i got them i emailed LIKE THE WEBSITE SAID and TOOK A PICTURE LIKE THE WEBSITE SAID, i emailed under 48 hours of signing like the website said, and QUALIFY for the return. My items are still in the packaging. I have now emailed 5 times, called, left a voicemail, and contacted them through the website and haven't heard ANYTHING back. They cannot STEAL my money, or not let me return when I have complied with all their guidelines. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!
