I have tried many times to call Orbital Promotions after I gave them $120 for a vacation package. They have never returned my multiple phone call messages or email attempts after I sent them my hard working money. This company should not or should I say never be trusted. Be very careful of their promotions, sale piches and their attempts to puresway you to enter their vacation membership. It is a scam.

  • Well, I'm sorry to tell you that you will never receive your refund. The best thing to do is to notify the local authorities and all the major hotels in the area about this group. I did that and wage a permanent campaign against them. Thus far they have changed their name several times. They now call themselves JetStream Travel These guys are scum buckets. There is this one guy who is as smooth as silk. Jesse he calls himself. Bald and slick like his head. They all know they are stealing money but don't seem to care. Sorry you got screwed. I'm trying to help but it is a slow process.
