I had a problem with my computer. After googling for online tech support, I talked to reps at PC Care Experts. I signed up for a 2-year support program and paid $439.95 on 1/20/2013. After that, when I had problems with my computer, I called the toll-free number and the tech remotely fixed my computer for about five months. In September 2013, when I called the toll-free number again, the number was not available. I also sent them an email. Of course no response was received. THEY CONNED ME!
In fact, after I signed up the service contracdt with them, I also received frequent solicitation phone calls from some other Indian companies who warned me that they received the message that they are microsoft technicians who received the message that my computer is in serious problem. Of course I did not talk further with them. I have to say that there must be plenty of companies like this in India.
