I have been receiving recurring charges from CCBILL and due to family health issues delayed investigating this. From their website I got the information that I had signed up via "firstclass-download.com" for a three day free trial and then a recurring $45 monthly charge. I have never used "firstclass-download.com" However, I did try to purchase a book online at about that time, starting with what appeared to be a legitimate site, and then got directed through a variety of sites. I suspect this is how I got scammed.
And CCBILL advertises themselves as protecting consumers from fraud.
