The Omnitech Support is an Indian based company head quartered in Los Angeles. They attract all the customers who seek for problems related to the Computers.. They take remote access, run the scan, show lots of junk files and regsitry key errors, finally ask for mony to fix the current issue and also the other issues. I know all these as I worked in this company. I don't like cheating people, so I came here to give a review.. please do not waste your money that you earned......

  • This supposed employee is off-base on all his comments. This might be an employee who was terminated (if a technician does not meet our exacting quality standards, he/she doesn’t stay), or it could be an entirely bogus claim. However, one-time fix price always depends on the complexity of the issue, as the necessary time to fix different issues can vary widely. We use a trusted and well-know 3rd party software tool to scan the customers computers, as often the root cause of an issue may be because of some malicious files. We cannot make up the results of these scans. They are what they are.
