I bought books for my kids from a door to door company and (UsBorne) and I find out much later a re-ocurring charge for 19.95- thinking it was from a gym membership for my husband- was really from the parent company SWADVANTAGE. I don't know how this can be part of the BBB when there is a switch like that for charges. I would have recognized Usborne. Very frustrated- buyer beware. NO SOLICITING is going up on my door today!
