I received a call on the 21st of October from a person by the name of Carl Miller stating that he was with the department of Justice and that there was a lawsuit pending and that I was being accused of check fraud. They had access to a loan account that I have with the full details of payments and personal information. They had the information so accurately that I was convinced and they took a payment from me of 110.00 and then they were demanding that I send them a fax promising to send the remainderof 340.00 by the end of the month. A few days later I got a call from my loan company and they wanted to know where their payment was and when I stated that I had paid it with their surveillance department I was told that there was no such thing. There are many details I am leaving out due to space that are important that I can provide over the phone. i have been in contact with the FBI about this issue and I feel compelled to contact the police in White Plains, New York.
