As for the details; I was charged $97.00 out of my account. For a subcription, of which I do not want. I was able to talk, to some one, and was told (if it is not a lie !) that I would have to wait, until Tuesday 12/31/13, before it they would refund back into my account (or would they ?).
I really can not, afford this practice. And, as for others, trying to dissolve this matter through your site, We (and considering others) who or relying on your site, needs to have this matter ... stopped.
