Had nothing but a great experience with them until I tried to withdraw my funds on 12-18-2013 which is supposed to only take 2 to 5 business days and its now 12-27-2013 and nothing and I cant get them on the phone or get them via their live chat. I have emailed them and expect no reply so now Im hoping putting them on blast will let others know who they are as of this posting and maybe someone has some answers on how to go about getting my money from this company.

This was resolved quickly once I spoke to my account manager after that weekend had passed
