I was charged $99 and didn't even sign into their website as a user. I was still looking into how the auction site worked. I have tried numerous times to reach the company with no response. I emailed a couple different accounts, have tried the "contact us" button on their site, as well as phoning the company. The phone number sounds like a fax and the other number was a recording.
