STAY AWAY!! The service this site is supposed to provide was presented differently than my actual experience with it. They'll make you think you can login to their site and get help finding foreclosures or situations where you can take over payment of homes in foreclosure. The reality is they give you listings you could find yourself and you have to do all the footwork toward striking a deal. You have to contact the current owner, etc. Which probably won't be all that great of a situation given they're in foreclosure.
