I was checking my email and noticed a gift card offer for a $100 Starbucks card. After filling out surveys and participating in several "special offers" I realize that I couldn't get past the last page. After several attempts to get past the last step I gave up and went online to find contact info on rewards flow. I found a number that was on anothe complaint site and called that number. 1-800-416-6129 When I called that number a girl answered and wasn't speaking clearly so I asked if this was rewards flow. She said she couldn't answer. I told her it was a simple question that requires a simple answer. She said it depends on who is asking. I said that that doesn't make sense and she said that they kind of are rewards flow but they are not. After some finagling she finally admited that they were rewards flow. I told her my situation and she said that they're not really rewards flow. I asked to speak with a manager and she said that she was the only person in the office. After a long discussion she admitted to me that there was never going to be a gift card. I confermed to her what she just said and she repeated it. I called the numbers to the companies that I made purchases from and was able to get ahold of one business and recieved a refund with a confirmation number. These people are sick and I hope they get arrested.
