My mother ordered a purse from this company's site. They never sent a confirmation email or tracking number as promised. The amount was charged on her bank account as a place located in Sweden, unrelated to the actual company name. They have yet to respond to any of our emails. They do not provide a customer phone number to call. We have sent several emails at this point 12/22/2013.
