I was playing on sing bingo i had £481.20 in pending withdrawals and i had just won a game of bingo, when my account logged off and i could not get back in. i emailed them to be told that i had self excluded from another account so they had closed my account and retained my winnings, when only 20 minutes previous they had taken my deposit. I have explained to them 6 times that i had not self excluded from any account. They just ignore it, there are pages of complaints against this company.
