I chose a wig from their online website paying via Paypal. But after waiting 3 weeks plus I had nothing to show for the order except for the payment receipt. No comfirmation, no invoice or order number, no actual name or address of company, to refer to. Paypal said I have up to 45 days to register a complaint. I did write write to Wigshop via their website asking when I was likely to receive my purchase and received answer from a company named 'Predict' informing me it would be delivered by DSL courier. I received a package 2 days later with no invoice or care instructions and this thing which looked like a dead cat. There is no way it can be worn or styled into anything passing as hair. I have since tried to contact them again but I am receiving no response.
I have no faith in getting help from Paypal as I called on them once before regarding being duped and received no response from them either. If you can help in any way that would be great even if it just stops others from being swindled out of their money.
