j'ai vu une offre promotionnelle sur internet disant que vous proposiez votre produit avec une offre d'essai pour 2.99€. après avoir passé la commande j'ai reçu votre produit plus de 10 jours après et à ma grande surprise vous avez également débité mon compte bancaire (via les numéros de ma carte de crédit) d'un montant de 89.99 € !!! Pourquoi ?? Je conteste cette facturation !! Le produit est toujours dans son emballage initial, je ne l'ai pas utilisé donc merci de m'envoyer vos coordonnées pour que je puisse vous le retourner (à vos frais svp) et que vous me recréditiez mon compte bancaire du montant de 89.99€. Dans le cas contraire sous 72h, je porterais plainte pour utilisation frauduleuse de carte de crédit sur internet.
