My bank card was charged $19.94 without my consent. I have never contacted this company nor ordered anything from them. My bank informed me that they could only determine that the card had definitely NOT been "swiped". They said it was an electronic transaction which took place over the phone or over the internet. I did NOT have any contact with this company, "VTSUP" at any time. The company did not provide any type of contact information, such as a phone number or website, to my financial institution.
