received letter in mail telling me that the govt has a 7 billion dollar annual fund and all i had to do was apply for my share and that i could keep claiming my share over and over as many times as i wished because the govt has to give this money away.i returned a coupon for a lifetime foe a step by step secret manual with all the info on how to claim my share with all forms i needed to fill out to claim my share of this giveaway. i never received my manual and i've written to dan eastwood 3 times since and received no reply from him.
