My mother who is a pensioner was talked into joining Extra Time Online for around £450 for cheap flights, then shortly afterwards was contacted by a company called The All Inclusive Club and was talking into paying out another £550. She was very confused and wasn't sure what she'd paid out. She didn't even realise they were taking a 2nd payment from her. I have contacted the company who told me to email them with the complaint and they are really confusing to speak to on the phone. I have emailed several times but the email won't go through so am a little stumped as to how to contact them. Next step is Holiday Watchdog or something similar.
