my son used this site to book his theory test and received no confirmation...tried phoning but no replies......emailed on friday and got a reply the following mon 16th saying that his email had been 'escalated to the booking dept so as to resolve matter ASAP'.....still heard nothing to date!...think we been SCAMMED!
