I am really sorry for the delay in getting back to you and I am extremely sorry to have to inform you that there has been a major problem with your order. We have been chasing the status of your boots and a few others that went astray as they should definitely have arrived by now and I couldn't work out what had went wrong. When I followed up with the couriers they were not able to tell me where your order is, or what has happened to it. In my experience this usually means that it has been lost - unfortunately they also make you wait 45 days before they will allow you to make a claim on them. I don't think it would be fair to make you wait any longer at all and it won't resolve the problem anyway, which is that you don't have your boots!

Unfortunately we have also subsequently run out of stock of your style/colour/size, so I am not able to ship out a direct replacement and we won't be receiving any more stock any time soon. I tried as hard as I could to find a spare pair of your boots but I just couldn't source them from anywhere.

Obviously if you want I can provide a full refund of your order straight away, or alternatively I have managed to get it authorised to offer you any 2 pairs of boots (for no extra payment) that we currently have available at www.whooga.co.uk and we would definitely send those directly from our UK warehouse so you would have them within a few days.

I can definitely understand at this point however if you would prefer the full refund instead. Please let me know how you would like to proceed. If you would like the refund then I will process it ASAP and it will generally only take 1-3 working days to arrive in your account (depending on the speed of your bank in processing it), if you would like the 2 pairs of boots then I will send you a gift certificate link that will enable you to order them from our website without entering payment information.

Have asked for a refund by email sent several emails they will not answer and if you take a look on Facebook you can see I am not the only person to be ripped off by whooga
