One purse I ordered came in a completely different color and the other had a long black hair sealed under the clear coat. I spend a WEEK writing to them and trying to negotiate. They REFUSE to allow me to ship anything back to them. They will NOT provide their address in any form. They will NOT rectify the situation. They are AWFUL to deal with. Lucky I purchased them on my AmEx so in the end I wrote to my cc company and they refunded the money and are proceeding with the claim/complaint in house. When I told them I was contacting my cc company they offered to send me new items but at that point I didn't want them at all!
