Same as the others. I received a tax check for $3550 from First American title Insurance Company,1160 N. Town center Drive, suite190,Las Vegas,NV 89144. I called Daniel (Claim Agent) asking if this is a scam. He said to take check to bank and call him back. $1475 of it to pay taxes..
