I received a letter from The Registered Disbursement Division saying that I was the winner of $3,062,814.00. I need to send $20.00 processing fee. Fee was supposed to be mailed to: Processing Dept. 153-01 Jamaica Ave. PMB 503 Jamaica, NY 11432-3921. I did not fall for it. Got online and Googled it and saw a lot of complaints. This is absolutely a scam.
