Order a product and was sent a totally different one. Called to get cancelled and received cancellation code & return authorization no. Since the second week of Sept. I have been getting the run around about my "return" money was being held up for some reason. I have also has 2 other companies to take money out of my account since then. Today 12/12/13, I have cancelled my debit card so they can no longer get more money out of it.
