Upon reviewing bank statement found a $49.95 charge I did not recall incurring. Talked to representative at USSearch and they said I incurred an annual fee upon doing a search on a guy I never heard of. I was out of state in the hospital with my mother the entire day this alleged charge occurred. They agreed to reverse the charge and told me 3 times that I did not need to take further action. Upon reflection, I assume they mean I should not report it to a consumer fraud agency.
