Since January 2012, United/Dtc Ins Prem has been deducting $26.55 from my checking account. Thinking this had to do with my retirement from my job, I did not question it, until I was gathering my life insurance papers. I could not find that one so I went online to check for an address or phone number...and couldn't find any info on this company.
Update: 12/30/2013
I was able to follow up on this insurance and found that it is legitimate withdrawal. Thank you for your support and if someone needs help, I would direct them to your site.
