I purchased a wallet from this site, thinking it was the real Michael Kors brand. I bought the wallet for $97. When the wallet arrived it was clear that it was fake and was not the wallet I had ordered. They had givien me a different wallet worth $20, as per their website.

I immediately let them know that they had sent the wrong product, via the complaint email they requested I [email protected]. I believe the email address is computer generated so none of the emails make sense and I am not getting any answers.

They have said they will not give me a refund or exchange or even ship me the correct wallet I ordered and paid for. They have not provided me with an address to send the wallet back to after asking several times.

I have been going back and forth this is company for eight months now and I am exhausted. I know that I will not see that money every again but I don't want this to happen to anyone else!
