I placed an order for a few items, and when I received all of the items I realized I would be charged a monthly fee of $32.39 for four months. I was outraged as that was not what I ordered. I then asked how to get a refund and I was instructed to return the items, which I did. I just realized I was charged anyway. When I called today they said they never received the items, so now I have to go to the UPS store, try to find the receipt, and file a complaint. WHAT A HUGE SCAM!!!
