The Horizon Gold Card charged me $89.95 just 7 days after I signed up for their store card. I agreed to pay $3.95 not $89.95. They hid the details in terms and conditions. This is a downright scam. I called and asked for a refund and they just tried to upsell me on more scam services. I just wanted to improve my credit and they scammed me. If you want a refund, please call Reliant Holdings at (724) 465-6075, the parent company of the Horizon Gold Card and ask to speak to owners Robert E. Kane or Richard McDonald.
