Purchased a money making kit from Eboni Campbell on 10/19/13 via Paypal. This purchase was for The New Posting Ads For Cash program which included instructions, ad copy and Back Office access where there were supposed to be additional tools. I emailed Mrs. Campbell as I was having a problem logging into the Back Office. She assured me that the login/password had been removed since too many folks were having issues in the past. After several unsuccessful tries to login, emails, Mrs Campbell directed me to talk to someone named Asia (No information given on how or where to contact Asia). She also advised that she "was trying to be nice", and "I am not going to do the work for you". All I asked for was help with the Back Office (emails to prove it). On 12/8/13 I attempted to initiate a refund through Paypal having felt she had plenty of time to correct the problem. Instead of attempting to resolve the issue, she threatened me with Legal Action citing that I was trying to defraud her by asking for a refund due to not receive ing the full product. She cited that her "strict no refund policy" allowed her to seek damages if someone asked for a refund because a refund constituted fraud. I do not see how that could constitute fraud as I did not received one of the components and Mrs. Campbell had washed her hands of me.
