I noticed today that $12.97 was missing from my account. I have never bought anything from them and would like to have my money back. I have a free trial account open on FreeShipping.com but they don't have a closing account option on their site. I guess, at the end of this trial period, without any warning, my account was charged with $12.97 and I still don't have an option to close my account or to erase my credit card detail from their website.

Update: 12/25/2013

Resolved. Charged amount refunded.

  • Hi, when you log onto your account, under Customer Service, you will find the link to cancel your account.

At the time you joined it clearly stated that you would be charged at the end of your 30 day trial unless you cancelled.

We would be resolve your issue of the $12.97 charge, so please contact us at [email protected].

    Thank you
