I was shipped/billed for a total of 4 books I did not recall ordering from the History Book Club. I let them get away with the first two. The $53.46 was for the second two, which I received on November 1, 2013. I shipped them back the next day, and the USPS tracking number indicates that their return center received them on November 5, 2013. I waited until December 5, 2013 to receive a credit on the credit card they billed, then sent an email to [email protected] asking when I could expect to see my account credited. I got a reply on November 6, 2013 saying that I had a $53.46 credit balance on my HBC account. I immediately checked the account and found a balance of $0.00.
