DISBURSEMENT ADVISORY PRIZE CLAIM ISSUING AGENCY; this is to anyone out there who has or will receive a letter claming that you have won a prize of 2,997,500.00 this is a scam. So what ever you do please do not send this company any money because you will be riffed off. they claim that you have won and will receive a bank check within 30 days of you getting there letter. I got my letter on October 16th 2013, still having gotting any check. this needs to be reported to the (BBB) or the (FBI) which ever agency that deals with this type of frad. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY OR PERSON (ETHAN JAMES) annomyness R.D.
