This company is a scam. They act like they can provide solutions to your problems with Excel, but in actuality had no idea what they were doing and were unable to resolve my problem. They performed some obscure scan on my computer then told me that they can fix my excel issue for $249 and could also clean up my computer viruses for an additional $199... They also mislead me on the subscription fee - I was told specifically that I was being charged a one time fee and NOT a subscription rate and that I would not have any automatic renewal fees down the road. When I read the contract they had me sign, this was not the case at all. I has in fact been lied to and was in a 6 mos contract that would automatically renew and if I want to cancel it would cost $49 fee. I could not get anywhere with them when I called, so I cancelled my visa and have a new one coming in the mail. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!

We invite this person to provide some more details like, date of contacting us, the customer ID he/she was given, so that we can investigate further into this particular case.
This person, if, indeed, he was a customer, misunderstood our process. As an occasional promotional offer, we provide a half-yearly service plan at the same price of $249.99 that the customer paid for just a one time fix. However, if anyone doesn’t want to renew the service plan, they can inform us at any time to cancel the automatic renewal. This ability to cancel is clearly mentioned in our Terms & Condition.

notice to cancel. Your account will remain active until the current term has expired (unless you include a membership refund request, in which case your ability to log-in will be immediately terminated).
