I sent him a reply back letter, that he sent me in the mail. Stateing he would have to "activated" my spiritual number; so I can play them on the date he supply for the Mega Millions lotto. The cost would $42.83; but I sent $43 CASH. Then just recent he sent me another invoice stateing he would turn it over to collection agency; if invoice is not paid.
