I bought from this website from Italy, and I spent € 122,70 by my visa electron card on 25 october 2013.
Suddenly when the wig arrived after time (28 days customer) on 21 November 2013, I write to them that wig was awful and not quality as described. More, on line chat service, during the purchaise said me that on the model i see the wig but it was not true.
Invoice mentioned just $20 and that it issintetic wig, they say for avoided customer taxes from China to Italy.
I have more then 38 email with this person called "Nate", that replied to me first, send me photos of your wig, after to keep the wig for $10 refund, or reshipping on me to china for 70%refund. Finally refund me to keep for $20. Send to China is too expensive... I am waiting for 20$ refund and wig is here, to be wasted. I have chat registration and all mails and wigs as proof of bad quality. This website is a scam! I want my money back. They lie on wig photo posted on website too!! What we can do together...They have refund all customer cheated wit their lies.

They suggested to me to return back the item with ordinary post service.
it is a scamming system. You have to return on yourself to China to have refund of -30% less...if will ever happen. I want my money back .

- I have suspect that lacewigsbuy.com and wigsbuy.com are same factory.
