Their add said their product would take care of a specific run dll PC problem (which I had)and it just made my PC worse. I had to totally wipe my PC. I just want my money back. I lost an entire day and night just to wipe out my computer and put everything back on it and it's still not done. If they hadn't advertised that their product would take care of my specific problem, I wouldn't have purchased it because I already had the same type program on my PC. It didn't take care of my problem but at least it didn't make it any worse like this one did. Thank you.
