I ordered a trial bottle of rejuvenex and had to cancel it within 14 days of my order date or they would send me a shipment every 30 days. I called today to cancel and they tried to get me to extend my use time and i said no, i wanted to cancel it and they required me to send it back and pay for shipping or they would bill my credit card. I told them it said a free trial bottle and the girl on the phone said a sample is free but a trial means a time period. I told her it was very misleading how they promoted it and she got very snippy and indignant. I am very frustrated at myself for falling for this offer. I am going to ship it back and pay for the shipping and have it tracked so I won't be responsible for it, but i am nervous they will not follow through on their end. Then I go on line and see all the complaints against this company and can't believe they are still doing this!
