I saw an ad and decided to purchase after a little research, obviously not enough. Paid $4.95 and received it 2 weeks later. Today I get a notification from my credit card company of fraudulent charges. My company calls them up and I am told by garcinia's representative, " you signed up for the membership when you ordered. It's in the terms and condition. Im sorry YOU did not see it! We will go over and beyond company rules and give you a 37% discount and cancel your order. " I said it was fraudulent of them not to post it on their site. I was not going to pay for it. She went to get her supervisor and told her to give me 75% off. How obsurd! I walked away paying $27.50 for a bottle I haven't even tried! I knew i wasn't going to get my full refund! can't find their terms and condition that she says I agreed on anywhere! Scam scam scam scam. Stay away!
