I signed onto this web site thinking that it was a trial period. It claims a guarantee winning auction bid within the first day. I tried after minutes of putting my credit card in to refund my money as i could see no one ever winning the bids.
I cannot get a response back from the company and i would just like my money back.
Please if you see this site do not use it.
If it sounds to good to be true it is.
The sad thing is it is ussually the people that need to save there money like me that end up getting stuck into scams like this one.
I tried to but something less expensive and less popular but as soon as the time goes down to 1 second the same person keeps outbidding.
I do not think you are bidding against anyone but the companys site that will let you make a purchase at a given set price when it is reached. Therefore you will spend a lot more than what you could go out and buy the product for in a store.
Please take my advise and read before you give your money away.

    We are sorry you are not satisfied with your experience at our site. Would like to clear up a few points.

    1. We have many winners who win products for a few cents, and these products are delivered to their doorsteps for few cents as our shipping is free. These winners do save more than the cost of bids invested.

    2. We would like to assure you we have no auto bidders or set prices for these auctions. If you look at our winners wall, there are many many products that have gone for less than 10 cents. Also to authenticate that we have no auto or robo bidders, we are in the process of partnering with a third party audit firm to certify the authenticity of our bidding process.

    3. We have a very pro-consumer policy and an average response time of 15 minutes. If you could please email us at support[at]dealfun.com or just let us know your user ID / email ID used at the site, we can assure you the response you receive

  • i use dealfun all the time and all though i have never won a major prize i have won many of the smaller items for only a few cents. They are very slow to arrive but I have received 15 items so far. Members also get to "spin to win" daily, where they can win free bids or a prize. Any problems that i've had they have answered quickly by e-mail and fixed up. I find this website to be good for a bit of fun.
