Do not use this payday loan company. Most people get one as an urgent need. This company will promise you the money in 1-2 business days. However, they are now AGAIN in trouble with some state and the (check) ACH system, and cannot get any money/loans out. My loan acquired on Monday, and money was supposed to be here Tues or Wed am now being told up to 3-5 more business days so that is up to next thursday, a week away!!!!!
All of their phone operators barely speak English. They have the understanding of a 4th grader. They have lied to me and when asked for a supervisor, say they have one , but not available. Other one says they have many, but again don't know their names and they are not available (you don't know who supervises you - come on!!!!) or flat out refuses to get one.
This company is in trouble due to illegal payday loans (i.e. not licensed in the U.S) - I am reporting them to the FTC and my states, office of financial regulation.
The $500 is the loan and the $68 is what I want reimbursed for checks overdraft fees as they have not timely provided me their money when promised.
