I ordered two pair of boots from this site. Beware...this site is using the UGG Trademark as well as copying the UGG ads to a "T". After entering my payment, I was like several others...I knew something was wrong. There was no confirmation page...nothing to print out. I did get one phoney pair of boots..they are not real UGG boots. The others never did come and I am out $261.00. They did communicate with me but it was just a bunch of lies. I wish there was something I could do...I work very hard for my money and these were intended to be Christmas gifts. I contacted the payment site of "sslbillpay.com, but they were no help. My trust for online shopping is gone.

I, too, was duped. The site was SO AUTHENTIC. I'm in the process of seeing if my boots actually arrive and I returned to this site (my complaint is also here) to see if anyone actually received anything. I see that you did receive half your order. By the way, did you file a dispute with your bank for the charges? I did and was told I could return them, show the bank my return receipt and they'd process the dispute if the money wasn't fully refunded. If you don't receive the other pair within 30 days, my bank said they'd process the dispute. Hope this is helpful. So sorry!
