Entered an agreement for a 2 Year Membership 1 for Mid Week Race and Weekend and Mid Week Race. Which I will be assigned a Professional Wager to wage on my behalf on the Horse Racing industry and that they will not bet more than 10% of my account. After 8 Months of wagering my Wagering account has become half of the original balance. Although on the agreement they are not liable for any loss, they have not fulfill their commitment in their so called Professional Wager Team to wage on behalf of the client. If I cannot get my Membership refunded and my my lost account at least the company should stop this operation, why is ASIC not on their back in regards to this practice. However ASIC seems to shut down legitimate operations and keep bogus operation open.
