signed up on internet for coupons and was sent a letter in the mail with a check for $ 1985.12. then asked if i would help in a custumer service evaluation.First i would call a phone # ask for a mike anderson. when i did he told me to deposit the check and the next day i would shop at wall-mart and jc penney and evaluate their stores then call him back. i did this and when i called he informed me to go to wester union and send $ 1,5400 to a joane reed at 127 lake ave. eng. when i went to the bank to get the money the bank infored me the check was a fraud.

- I received a similar letter today. The tell sign that this was a fraud is the fact that they wanted $1,500 sent to Western Union. That was significant since that amount seemed excessive to to test market. Plus, they want the survey to be completed within 48 hours. It would take longer than that for the check to clear.
