This is the second Kobo reader that we have purchased, the first one which I bought for my wife went wrong after a couple of months and was replaced after some haggling. The second Kobo which I bought for myself went wrong after about eighteen months. When we enquired at Smith's they gave us a number to ring, which we did. As it was more than a year old they would do nothing about it. I'm prepared to pay for a repair but they would not touch it. So be warned don't buy a Kobo if you want a good product that will last or can be repaired if need be.I will not, be buying any more books from Kobo and if I replace I will replace my wife's Kobo as well with a Kindle. So bye,bye Kobo.
