  • Hi Lorna,

I have also been caught in this scam and I am livid. I have managed to get a certain amount of responses via email but when I rang I was unable to get a suitable answer but have been offered a refund but also was told that my bank details were erased from their system...so not holding my breath! I am filing a 'dispute form' through my bank and hopefully something will come through with that. Also I cancelled the card used for the transaction and cancelled their point of sale permission on my account so that they cannot access anymore money. Best of luck in your refund but I feel that they are sneaky and will find a loop hole!
