I purchased a pair of boots. Payed with credit card via realypay-checkout.com. Received a conformation of payment 8 hours after with tracking number which cannot be tracked because there is no link for that. I tried to contact both realypay.com and gianmarcolorenzii.com several times and never received any reply. I know it's only been 5 days but gianmarcolorenzii.com hosting expires 19.11.2013! I just want to know if i get my order or not since money return seems impossible!

As you can see on my pictures there is no payment detail! It's like I gave money for nothing! I send a lot of mssages on both website but haven't received any reply. I literaly have no info about anything

I contacted gianmarcolorenzii.com with their contact form (I used different email address) and they replied! But as soon as I wrote my complain again they stopped replying. Their email address is [email protected]

I checked gianmarcolorenzii.com today and on the website it is said "This Account Has Been Suspended"

Still no reply from gianmarcolornzii.com or realypay.com. But I have found the english version of the website realypay.com, I don't know it it's the same... here is the link http://www.realypay.com/index.html
