I am being charged for dvd service I have not received since feb of 2013, it tells you in print after you put it in queue that if one is not available you must wait until one is available. In march I contacted asking them why they continue to not send me the video and would not let me cancel the dvd service. I was told they put my account on hold in feb but continued to bill me for all these months. this is unacceptable. She finally lifted my hood tonight but will not credit my account for all that overcharging. I recived no email that any of this was happeing.
