I received the same letter stating I had won $150,000.00 of a lottery and enclosed is a check for $3550.00 to cover taxes. The company on the letter head is based in Oxford,UK, but the mailing envelope came from Canada. I think it's a scam!!! I am reporting it to the FBI.
